Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Marine and QHSE Superintendent to join our team in Noida. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the company managed vessels’ Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards are effectively implemented and maintained across our fleet operations.

Requirements:

• • Master Mariner (preferred) or Chief Officer with relevant shore experience.
• • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in tanker operations (chemical, oil, or product tankers).
• • Strong understanding of ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO standards.
• • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Preferred Skills:
• • Familiarity with vetting inspections and incident reporting tools.
• • Proficiency in MS Office and QHSE management software.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• • Oversee and implement the company’s QHSE management system in compliance with international maritime standards (ISM Code, ISO, MARPOL, SOLAS, etc.).
• • Conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments for vessels and shore operations.
• • Monitor vessel performance and ensure compliance with flag state, class, and company safety requirements.
• • Coordinate incident investigations, prepare reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• • Provide training and guidance to shipboard and shore personnel on QHSE matters.
• • Maintain records and documentation related to safety drills, inspections, and QHSE reports.
• • Support the continuous improvement of safety culture across the fleet.
• • Liaise with Masters, Chief Engineers, and shore management to ensure effective communication and follow-up on safety and environmental issues.
• • Monitor and manage vessel’s day to day operations.
